Howard vs. Rutgers: 1H O/U 21.5

In the first half of the college football game between Howard and Rutgers, scheduled for September 25 at 7:00 PM ET: This market will resolve to "Over" if Howard and Rutgers combine to score 22 or more points in the first half. If the combined first half total is less than 22, this market will resolve to "Under". Only points scored during that period count; overtime is not included. If the game is postponed, this market will remain open until the game has been completed. If the game is canceled entirely, with no make-up game, this market will resolve 50-50.
