About PolySimulator

Building the standard platform for prediction market simulation

PolySimulator is a prediction market simulation and backtesting platform founded in November 2025 at the Technical University of Munich. We are building the standard environment for learning, testing, and analyzing prediction market strategies, starting with a live Polymarket paper trading simulator and expanding into backtesting, analytics, research tooling, and an upcoming trading API.

PolySimulator serves 50,000+ live markets and supports a globally distributed user base with especially strong traction in the United States.

The Problem

Prediction markets are growing in importance, but the tooling around them is still early. Compared with equities, crypto, and options, there is still no standard environment for serious simulation, training, experimentation, and strategy development.

PolySimulator was created to fill that gap. We launched with a live paper trading platform so users could practice with realistic market data and advanced trading flows without taking on financial risk. From there, the platform has expanded into a broader product surface for traders, researchers, and developers working with prediction markets.

Why Now

As prediction markets mature, users will need more than trading interfaces alone. They will need reliable environments for onboarding, testing, analysis, and research.

We believe the companies that define this category will not only enable trading, but also enable understanding. PolySimulator is being built to serve that need.
