In the first half of the college football game between USC and Rutgers, scheduled for September 19 at 3:30 PM ET: This market will resolve to "Over" if USC score 26 or more points in the first half. If USC score less than 26 points in the first half, this market will resolve to "Under". This market is based solely on USC's score, not the combined score of both teams. Only points scored during that period count; overtime is not included. If the game is postponed, this market will remain open until the game has been completed. If the game is canceled entirely, with no make-up game, this market will resolve 50-50.
