In the first quarter of the college football game between Oklahoma State and West Virginia, scheduled for September 26 at 7:00 PM ET: This market will resolve to "Oklahoma State" if Oklahoma State outscore West Virginia by 4 or more points in the first quarter. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "West Virginia". Only points scored during that period count; overtime is not included. If the game is postponed, this market will remain open until the game has been completed. If the game is canceled entirely, with no make-up game, this market will resolve 50-50.
