Rutgers Team Total: O/U 16.5

In the upcoming college football game between USC and Rutgers, scheduled for September 19 at 3:30 PM ET: This market will resolve to "Over" if Rutgers score 17 or more points in this game. If Rutgers score less than 17 points in this game, this market will resolve to "Under". This market is based solely on Rutgers's score, not the combined score of both teams. If the game is postponed, this market will remain open until the game has been completed. If the game is canceled entirely, with no make-up game, this market will resolve 50-50.
