Texas State vs. Oregon State: 2H O/U 27.5

In the second half of the college football game between Texas State and Oregon State, scheduled for November 7 at 10:30 PM ET: This market will resolve to "Over" if Texas State and Oregon State combine to score 28 or more points in the second half. If the combined second half total is less than 28, this market will resolve to "Under". Points scored in the second half and in any overtime count toward this market. First-half points are not included. If the game is postponed, this market will remain open until the game has been completed. If the game is canceled entirely, with no make-up game, this market will resolve 50-50.
