Rice vs. Fresno State: 1H O/U 22.5

In the first half of the college football game between Rice and Fresno State, scheduled for September 26 at 10:00 PM ET: This market will resolve to "Over" if Rice and Fresno State combine to score 23 or more points in the first half. If the combined first half total is less than 23, this market will resolve to "Under". Only points scored during that period count; overtime is not included. If the game is postponed, this market will remain open until the game has been completed. If the game is canceled entirely, with no make-up game, this market will resolve 50-50.
