Purdue vs. Penn State: Both Teams to Score Points - Q1

In the first quarter of the college football game between Purdue and Penn State, scheduled for October 31 at 4:15 PM ET: This market will resolve to "Yes" if Purdue and Penn State each score at least one point in the first quarter. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". Only points scored during that period count; overtime is not included. If the game is postponed, this market will remain open until the game has been completed. If the game is canceled entirely, with no make-up game, this market will resolve 50-50.
