Oregon State vs. Fresno State: 2Q O/U 16.5

In the second quarter of the college football game between Oregon State and Fresno State, scheduled for October 31 at 11:00 PM ET: This market will resolve to "Over" if Oregon State and Fresno State combine to score 17 or more points in the second quarter. If the combined second quarter total is less than 17, this market will resolve to "Under". Only points scored during that period count; overtime is not included. If the game is postponed, this market will remain open until the game has been completed. If the game is canceled entirely, with no make-up game, this market will resolve 50-50.
