PolySimulator 0.6.5 — Bigger, Faster, More Fun to Trade
PolySimulator 0.6.5 — Bigger, Faster, More Fun to Trade
This release is a love letter to the people who actually use PolySimulator every day. We did not add a flashy new feature. We did something better: we made almost every page you already love noticeably nicer to use.
If you have been on the site this past week, you have probably felt it — pages snapping into place, the sports tab finally feeling complete, share links that look like share links. Here is what is new in 0.6.5 and why it matters.
Sports — Now Truly Complete
The sports tab used to be our smallest. As of today it covers everything Polymarket tracks — every NBA night, every NFL Sunday, every Champions League fixture, every Formula 1 race, every Grand Slam, plus the season-long futures (championship winners, MVP races, division titles).
If you can bet on it on Polymarket, you can paper-trade it on PolySimulator. The search bar across the top of the sports page now spans both live games and futures, so finding what you want is one keystroke away.
Whatever sport you follow, your strategies finally have a full sandbox.
Pretty, Shareable URLs
This one is small but it has been bugging us forever. Polymarket links look like this:
polymarket.com/event/will-france-win-the-2026-fifa-world-cup
Ours used to look like this:
polysimulator.com/markets/0x9b6fef249040fd17e9c107955b37ac2c3e923509b6b0ff01cc463a331ddeb894
Functional. Ugly. Bad for sharing. As of 0.6.5, our URLs read like English:
polysimulator.com/markets/will-france-win-the-2026-fifa-world-cup-924
Old links keep working — they automatically forward to the new pretty form, so anything you have ever shared still lands on the right page. Send a market to a friend in Discord, paste it into a tweet, drop it in a group chat: it now actually says what it is.
Pages That Snap
We spent most of this cycle on speed. Without getting into the weeds, here is what you should feel:
- Categories load instantly. Crypto, Politics, Sports, Macro, Science — they all pop up immediately, no more waiting for the spinner.
- Search wakes up faster. The dropdown that lets you jump to any market or event is responsive from the moment you open the site, even on a cold reload.
- Event pages render quicker. Big multi-outcome events (think election fields, championship races) used to take a beat to load every outcome's price. Now they don't.
- Infinite scroll is smoother. No more weird stutters as you scroll through the markets grid.
- Background tabs don't burn your battery. If you leave PolySimulator open in another tab, it now goes quiet until you come back.
If the site felt sluggish to you in the past, please give it another try. It really is a different experience.
Cleaner Event Pages
Two big wins on event pages:
-
No more phantom 100% candidates. Events with many possible outcomes (like the Iran leadership succession event) used to render dozens of mystery rows all confidently pinned at 100%. Those were placeholder slots Polymarket creates ahead of time, and we were treating them as real. Now we filter them out, so you only see actual candidates with actual prices.
-
Better-scaled charts. The combined event chart used to squash low-probability outcomes flat against the floor. Now every line is plotted at the right amplitude — long-tail candidates are visible and comparable to favorites.
Sharing Just Got Better
When you paste a PolySimulator link into Twitter, Discord, Slack, iMessage, WhatsApp — anywhere with link previews — it now shows the right title, the right description, and the right preview image, instantly. No more "Untitled event" or generic OG cards. Markets you share look like markets you share.
Up/Down Polish
If you trade BTC, ETH, or SOL Up/Down markets:
- "Next interval" is instant. Click it and the timeline rolls forward immediately. No waiting on a roundtrip just to advance the view.
- Charts no longer double-tick. A fix to how we receive price updates means the live chart moves once per real tick, not twice.
Quietly, In The Background
A few invisible-but-important changes shipped too:
- Stronger account security. We tightened the rules around what data is reachable, so your account, positions, and trade history are even better isolated from anyone else's.
- More reliable live prices. Crypto price updates from our upstream feed are now de-duplicated, so the numbers you see are clean and accurate.
- Trades update your views immediately. Place an order, and the orders list and settled-positions page reflect it without a manual refresh.
What This Means for You
If you have been on PolySimulator before, here is what to look for:
- The site is noticeably faster end to end.
- Sports is complete — every Polymarket sport, every futures market, in one tab.
- Links you share are pretty and they look right on social.
- Event pages with many outcomes are clean — no more phantom 100% candidates.
- Charts read better for events with mixed-probability fields.
If you are new: welcome. PolySimulator is a paper-trading simulator for Polymarket prediction markets. Every Polymarket market, mirrored in real time. Start with a $1,000 virtual balance — or $10,000 if you are building a bot through our API. Try out a strategy, prove it works, and take it to mainnet with confidence. Or just have fun being right about the world.
